FLOURESCENCE ATTACHMENT - RFM3 The Epi-illumination is through 100W High pressure Mercury Lamp in a lamp housing attached to the Fluorescence filter block. The exciting light spectrum range is 330nm-580nm. The Fluorescence Light spectrum range is 420nm-650nm. It can include exciting filters with color separation prism. Illumination Box is provided with a power supply of 200V or 110V and HBO, super high pressured spherical mercury vapor lamp. UV protection screen is provided to safeguard the operator from harmful radiations.
Flourescent filters : The fluorescence mirror units designed by OMEGA-USA achieve high S/N ratio by optimal design of excitation and emission filters. The mirror units are ideal for a range of wave lengts. High transmission allowed efficient transfer of fluorescence being emitted by the fluorescence proteins. The units are equipped with stray light reducing functions to eliminate the background noise.

The quality assurance throughout the manufacturing process ensures demanding performance standards which are matched with exceptional economy in cost. Extra clarity and contrast is provided through our new high performance color corrected infinity optical system. Optical components in the viewing head and objectives are protected with an anti mould system to ensure proper performance in unusually hot and humid environment.
Optical System : Infinite corrected available in achromatic, semi-plan and plan objectives High Eyepoint eyepieces with an optional WF 10x/22 and built-in diopter adjustment provides easy parfocality adjustment. Siedentopf-type eyepiece tube inclined at comfortable 30 degrees. Interpupillary distance of 55-75mm with dioptric adjustment. Unique new design and comfort : Ergonomically designed with comfortable low positioned co-axial coarse & fine focussing controls and an adjustable tension control to maximise individual comfort and convenience. Built-in focus stop allows for rapid image focussing while protecting specimens and objectives. The stand is painted with scratch and chemical resistant epoxy paint.
