Incubator Bacteriological Thermostatic

  • Our incubator finds application in cell biology, microbiology, and molecular biology, mainly to grow and culture microorganisms and even eukaryotic cells.
  • It has a standard double wall fabrication, with the inner chamber made of richly anodized aluminum or highly polished stainless steel sheet.
  • The exterior wall is fabricated out of a thick sheet of mild steel, duly finished with white powder coating.
  • The gap between the walls is fitted with special grade glass wool.
  • It is provided with two or three removable shelves.
  • Kanthal wire heating elements are provided on three sides to attain quick and uniform heating in the range of 30°C to 110°C ± 1°C, controlled by a hydraulic type capillary thermostat.
  • An L-shaped prismatic thermometer is fitted to the unit for reading the chamber temperature.
  • The equipment is suitable for working at 220 V AC 50 Hz single phase.

    Incubator B.O.D.

    Model :- RSTI-110 Series
  • It is designed for both heating and cooling options. It is generally used for incubation where a high degree of constant temperature accuracy is required.
  • These incubators are widely used in the pharmaceutical and beverage industries, in waste treatment plants, in research laboratories and in the agricultural industry for the routine determination of the Bio-chemical oxygen demand (B.O.D.).
  • The inner chamber is made up of anodized aluminum or stainless steel.
  • It is supplied with two/three removable perforated shelves.
  • The exterior is made up of a thick sheet of mild steel duly finished in powder coating.
  • For working at lower temperatures, a cooling unit is provided at the lower portion of the working chamber, whereas a heating arrangement has been made in the inner chamber for working at higher temperatures.
  • The temperature varies from 5°C to 60°C, and is adjustable at any desired point by a Dual Display Microprocessor PID Digital Temperature Indicator cum Controller with an accuracy of ± 0.5°C.
  • An air circulation fan is provided to keep the temperature uniform inside the chamber.
  • A double walled door is provided with a magnetic gasket and a lock & key arrangement.
  • The inner door is made out of a clear acrylic sheet allowing the inspection of the material in the chamber, without disturbing the chamber temperature.
  • Door operated inner illumination has been provided.
  • The Incubator works on 220 V AC 50 Hz single phase.

  • These incubators are designed for precise temperature control and simultaneous shaking applications; and are widely used in research labs for cell culturing, cell aeration, fermentation studies, and solubility studies
  • Our incubator has a standard double wall fabrication.
  • The outer wall is made of mild steel and is duly finished with powder coating.
  • The inner chamber is made of a thick stainless steel sheet.
  • The gap between the two walls is fitted with high grade glass wool.
  • The glass window makes it possible to inspect specimens without disturbing the inner temperature.
  • The unit has a temperature range from ambient to 60°C.

  • The tray of the shaker is also made of stainless steel sheet with lotus type clamps to hold flasks.
  • The unit is fitted with a Digital RPM meter, 999 min digital time.
