Digital 3D Inspection Microscope Model RSZ-3D is a versatile multi functional instrument, using latest optical technology, with low distortion, high resolution, large depth of focus, wide and flat field with ease for measurements.
These Microscopes are widely used in micro electronics, precision electronics, deep hole, SMT solder spot detection, precision hardware mold, forensic investigation/identification, life science, plant morphology and many more other precision works fields.
RSZ-3D is having integrated zoom optical module which can be offered with a wide range of high definition cameras suitable for different applications.
Adjustable zoom range is 0.7x - 4.5x, is having field of view 3mm to 25mm on display screen. Standard flat base with X-Y axis measuring stage is provided for convenient movement of samples. Microscope body is mounted on heavy duty pole type stand, height of which can be increased for accommodating big size of samples. Microscope has long focusing range which is suitable to inspect large & different samples with ease. LED ring light with adjustable brightness control is provided.
Main Features :-
  1. 3D microscope is based on infinity optical system with high resolution zoom body, standard working distance of 100mm. Large FOV & depth of field at minimum magnification.
