Student Microscope

The Dissecting Microscope is used for demonstration, close study of small organisms and fine dissection work. The high-eyepoint lenses 10x & 20x have alternative use on a jointed arm allowing the whole stage area to be scanned. The stage 85mm X 75mm provided with spring stage clips, has a Glass Plate with arrangement for inserting white/black metal plate for respective background.
Substage plano-concave mirror reflects sufficient daylight & artificial light on the object. The Rack & Pinion mechanism is enclosed within the stage support pillar and operated by a knob on either side. Detachable hand rests on both sides of the stage provide for a steadying support during dissection.
Base - Heavy round base with precisely designed body.
Focussing - Sensitive focussing, done by rack and pinion arrangement. Revolving arm provided for moving magnifying lens over full stage area.

Heavy round base with a precisely designed body, providing convenience for easy lifting and movement. Sensitive focussing is done by rack-pinion moving on a lapped dovetailed guideway with a stopper to limit the downward movement. A joint Revolving Arm is provided for moving magnifying lens over full area of the stage; it is easily replaceble by a special BULL EYE LENS 83mm. dia. to increase the field of vision.
A plano-concave mirror fitted in fork for light reflection, sturdy removable handrests and arrangement for inserting white or black plate for respective background, help easy working on the instrument.

The student Stereo Microscope has been designed for Dissection/Inspection of specimens in Biology. Precisely designed long working distance objectives & wide field eyepieces produce an extremely large, brilliant & bright images. It is light in weight having sturdy base, stage with clips and reversible black & white plate, straight Binocular Head with Interpupillary adjustment & hand grip on stand for safe handling. Fixed Achromatic Objectives 2x or 3x & widefield eyepieces WF 10x or WF 15x (paired) are available. The structure of microscopic specimens becomes visible to the naked eye by taking the projection on the screen, during observation and demonstration to a group of students.
