Our hot air oven has a standard double wall fabrication, with the inner chamber being made of richly anodized aluminum or a highly polished stainless steel sheet.
The exterior wall is fabricated out of a thick sheet of mild steel, duly finished with white powder coating.
The gap between the walls is fitted with special grade glass wool.
The apparatus is provided with two or three removable shelves.
Kanthal wire heating elements are provided on three sides to attain quick and uniform heating, in the range of 50°C to 250°C ± 2-3°C, controlled by a hydraulic type capillary thermostat.
An L-shaped prismatic thermometer is fitted to the unit for reading the chamber temperature.
The equipment is suitable for working at 220 V AC 50 Hz single phase.
ENHANCED FEATURES:
As compared to the standard model, our deluxe model is fitted with a Microprocessor Digital PID Temperature indicator cum controller with temperature accuracy ± 0.5°C.
It is also fitted with an air circulating fan for maintaining equal temperature throughout the chamber.
