Cell Check- 150 related to optical control, software and also high sensitivity control imaging system with user-friendly control software interface. The use of Cell Check 150 can greatly improve the accuracy of Inspection results while reducing the time required for manual cell checking.
The system is designed to inspect columnar cell in a honeycomb structure.
Cell blockage can be viewed and inspected on a computer screen.

• Fan cooled collimated 24v/150W halogen light box for uniform illumination with intensity controller.
• High frame rate 5 MP Digital CMOS Camera to view live images on computer screen.
• Optical system with FOV of minimum 55mm at 20cm working distance.
