The freezer is doubled walled with the inner wall being made of stainless steel and the outer being made of a sheet of PCRC steel and is duly powder coated.
PUFF (i.e. polyurethane foam) insulation is provided between the two walls.
Refrigeration is done by a CFC-free, eco-friendly compressor.
Temperatures ranging from ambient to -86°C are achieved by a hermetically sealed compressor.
The body is mounted on a sturdy Angle iron frame with Castor wheels.
The unit is fitted with a Dual Display Microprocessor PID Digital Temperature Indicator cum Controller for controlling the temperature with great accuracy.
The Horizontal Chest type models are supplied in a single compartment, whereas the Vertical models are supplied with two or three stainless steel trays.
The device is workable on 220 V AC.
Low temperature refrigerant & compressors are used in refrigeration with Puff Insulations.
