The body is made out of thick mild steel duly finished with powder coating.
A PMDC motor having a wide speed range of 50-250 RPM, with an electronic variable control, is used for shaking.
The dimensions of the stainless steel platform are 300 x 300 mm.
The platform comprises of lotus type clamps, for holding 9 conical flasks of 250ml each.
A mechanical timer of up to 60 minutes is fitted to control the duration of rotation.
